The main objective of our Aftercare Department is to facilitate the development of companies that are already established in the country, contributing to the smooth functioning and performance of the investments projects, and encouraging reinvestment through quick and efficient solutions should any inconvenient arise.

The Aftercare Department is responsible for channeling investors' concerns to appropriate institutions in order to facilitate a prompt resolution, through a close and positive relationship with relevant institutions at both, central and municipal government levels.

Objectives:

• To facilitate the execution and development of investment projects in our country.
• To encourage communication between central and municipal government institutions and investors regarding topics such as procedures and administrative and legal initiatives affecting the investment process.
• To obtain feedback about difficulties faced by investors, in order to collaborate with pertinent institutions in improving the business climate.

Government-Investor Network (GIN)

The Government-Investor Network serves as an online communication channel between investors of the Textiles & Apparel and Tourism sectors and institutions related to investment attraction, through a neutral platform that allows the detection and open discussion of obstacles to investment in search of constructive solutions.

Investors are able to openly discuss about sensitive topics without fear of negative repercussions.  Other sectors promoted by the Agency will be included in the GIN in the future.

Feedback from investors will provide the Government valuable input to be taken into consideration to stimulate actions towards improving the investment climate.

• To use investors' experience in identifying obstacles to investment and propose possible solutions.
• To facilitate an expedite response from government institutions to investors' requests.
• To contribute to Nicaragua´s economic growth by facilitating reinvestment and job creation from local and foreign companies already established in the country.
